travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time

Our sweaters are available from stock at Sweatershow.com. All sweaters are made in our factory according to the size from buyer and usually take about 1~2 days for making 3~6 business days for shipping.

Return & Exchange

Sweatershow wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by Sweatershow within four business days of receipt of order.

You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.

Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don’t make it dirty or altered.

No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.

On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless Sweatershow is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.
